I made both of these meals. They were excellent — You did it again, Nisha!

Thank you for these recipes! I made the chick peas and cauliflower tonight and it was yummy! Substituted apricots for dates, used paprika and cayenne pepper instead of Aleppo (but will try the proper recipe once I buy these ingredients!) . Yum!

I think you had mentioned in a previous video about long form content vs short form content and while both have its place, I just gain so much value from your long form videos! The putting the larger cauliflower pieces on the edge and smaller ones in the middle?? 🤯🤯🤯 Thank you for always putting so much thought and care into your recipes and videos and can't wait to try them!🙌

Having lived in Tel Aviv I am very familiar with the cauliflower-tahini-chickpea combo but never came across the addition of dates! Just returned from Saudi some days ago where dates are a national treasurer so of course I brought some home to Europe. Gotta try this, looks wonderful as always!

The curried tofu recipe was 10/10!! My husband said it was the best thing I’ve ever made…which actually is sad because I’ve made millions of meals with and without recipes 😂 so happy to see some easier recipes like this with 1-2 sheet pans and no equipment. I was even able to make it with a sick toddler!

Wow! I just made the cauliflower, chick peas, and dates recipe. It was amazing, even with my imperfect cooking skills. I try out recipes before serving to others, but this is a winner. I learned a few things for me: I must "miss en place" everything and not try to do it while the veggies are in the oven. I love the tahini whip--good for all kinds of things. Now, I just have to figure out the best way to re-heat my big bowl of leftovers.

I absolutely love your tips you mention. I have both your books. If you ever decide to create another physical hands on book i am jumping on board. Love your recipes. Thank you

I made the roasted chickpeas recipe yesterday, it should not have worked: i'm not a fan of cauliflower, tahini or dates. But somehow with everything together it was fantastic. Thank you!
