12:00 those rails are a bit wonky. But honestly, every rack rail set is like a puzzle you get to figure out, and the reward is a nice new slice on one of your fingers! Newer rails are sometimes pretty nice though, like fully toolless ones that clip into square hole rack rails and can be removed just as easily!

There is 3d printable bracket to add a full 120 mm fan with 97% flow capability. If you don't have a 3d Printer Zip ties work great and an amazing upgrade over that 80 mm fan.
I think the Sliger is a good compromise to the HL15. The advantage is that the drives are front loadable, but has less drive bays. The HL15 being top loaded allows more compact design and better airflow. plus the other tidbits you mentioned in your video.
I am wanting to set up a nice starter NAS so bad, but don't have much money to start. Anyone have any advice on cheaper cases and such to get started?
