8:54 Nick those humps are actually apart of the tow package that comes on Super Duty Platinums. The big one in the middle is for a gooseneck ball and the smaller ones on the side are for your chains on trailers. The suspension actually hooks up to the modified wheel wells and the boxy part of the wheel well is where the two shocks on the rear hooks up. Hope this helps!
I think I said this in another video here but knowing that actual lifted trucks are in, imagine hide and seek with 7 of these and 1 kei car running around Tokyo
It would be nice if they would add a feature like that the way you could put that type of lift kit on any truck in the game and customize how tall you want
