I have a feeling that the Stalker is afraid of Storms. I mean, when it first started storming, he broke into your house, hid in the cave and said 'Help Me'. When you blocked it in, it didn't attempt to escape until the Storm disappeared. And in the second Storm at the end of the Video, He was the only one not to attack you, despite being the one to find you before the storm. You should built him a house. Maybe he'll be (just a tiny bit) friendly to you if you help him out like this.
