I learned frisbee when I was eight my longest throw when I was eight was about 200 ft
I have hit 500 on a forehand a couple times but that was as a younger, healthier man… getting old sucks 🤣🤣 I finally learned to backhand a couple years ago and now I’m 350 typical max backhand and 425 consistant max forehand. I would love to get back up to the 500s!
