Plsss be careful having the garage as a second ‘room’ because it’s not properly insulated or sealed and your furniture may get quite damaged over time with not being protected properly from the weather, rain, heat, dust, dirt, bugs, moisture etc!!

You have flies because a garage is not a house… it’s not sealed, and I notice you have the door to the garage open as you are treating it like another room. Your house will be full of bugs and dust.
