I am a big fan of Gaurav Sir. But to be honest, I have regretted buying things from Beast life (Not because of product quality but solely because of the kind of customer support). Tickets were always answered late. Delivery to bangalore took 12days and because of wrong packaging and return pick up I had to wait for 10 more days. Had requested for refund but the customer support ignored my mails. Honestly, because of the team I am willing to try other products then our Hero's own product

Anyone having delivery issues with Rosier ghee. We ordered 2 dabbas 5 litre each. One was delivered and for the other they r giving many reasons ki phone nahi uthaya, gharpe koi nahi hai...24 hrs parents r there at home..pehla dabba kaise aya theek se. There's something fishy with the delivery guys, it was ordered during sale hasn't reached us yet.. this is not the first time it happened, it happened many times in the past. They should take notice of this...Totally trust the quality of ghee that's why we order again and again...
