Metal Eden and Wanderstop are my favorite games of 2025.
Great list, not a "cozy" gamer but I enjoyed the non cozies on the list, Guns of Fury, Metal Suits, Sacre Bleu and Hell Clock, all fun games! Metal Eden looks great, played the demo but haven't picked up (yet).

THANK YOU for mentioning at least a couple games I hadn't heard of (Metal Suits and Heartworm). I even own two of these, Sacre Bleu and Funs of Fury, but had completely forgotten to ever play them. Most of these lists consist of stuff anyone who remotely pay attention would've heard of.

Babushka's Glitch Dungeon! It's a neat little Platventure that lets you use glitches to reach new areas, and has a spectacular atmosphere that taps into the dark, weird worlds of the NES, like Castlequest or Metroid when you get far enough into them.
Loved Wanderstop and Spilled! 💜 gave them both my vote in different categories in the Steam Awards. really charming titles.
I really need to get Talos Principle reawakened, I bought TP2's dlc but never got around to playing that either. 😅
