Just a quick note. Its actually better to use whole fat yogurt. The fat does not make you fat, it is the sugar in the no fat yogurt that make you fat.❤

Looks like a great breakfast... but....don't forget the health benefits of a full fat greek yogurt - it helps to promote weight management: The combination of high protein and fat helps you feel fuller for longer, which can prevent overeating and support weight management. There are a lot of other benefits as well 🙂
I think the fruit is genetically modified to be larger. The oversized fruit we get in the States has less flavor.

In the USA we also have over size food. It has been manipulated to grow that big. They say frozen fruit is picked at its peak and is sweeter . Love ya’ll❤

As of late I have been eating a bowl of Miso soup each morning in an effort to strengthen my aging knees and reduce my knee pain.
Eating healthy is very important. You also walk and do a great deal of physical work. That is the ideal combination

It's so hard, and there are so many things we have to give up that stop agreeing with us (caffeine, alcohol, sugar... the list feels endless). Please let everyone know what's working! 🙂
It's your relationship together that I love. I have followed since you were both w orking. Nicki running all over the countryside doing wedding makeup. Carlo not yet retired . Being along with you on your journey while YouTube exploded, your book, buying a second property all the decisions that come with it all .
