Another detail, shaving the the side of her cut off horn and sweeping the hair over to the other side takes ownership of the asymmetry. Amazing character design.

I love how "not having a heart" is a central theme for her, yet she probably has the biggest heart of any companion. I think she's actually the only companion who's aligned pure good. Everyone else is morally grey. She is pure good.

She is such a sweetheart, she genuinely cares about the other characters. Like when Gale is is told about his [redacted], Karlach says she's gonna distract him from thinking about it. She's like an awesome big sister to the group.
