In Latvia we eat normal meal for lunch. To me it always has been fascinating that people in uk eat such a small meal. Like, sandwich. Not enough food for me 😆

Hi Lily! I've been watching you for well over 10 years and rarely comment, but something in this video moved me to say something. The way you talk about fit and sizing -- when something is tight on your thighs, your first instinct is 'this brand runs small' or 'their sizing is tricky to navigate,' and not 'my thighs are too big.' That should be commonplace, but it genuinely isn't, at least for me. I often default to the issue being with my body and not the brand, clothing, or cut/style of an item, and watching you navigate it so casually and openly over the years has been quietly eye-opening for me. Especially in this video - even if it is a short portion. I'm still working toward body neutrality, and you're a good reminder of what that can look like in practice. Thank you for that. (Totally normal thing to type to someone you've never met, I'm sure. 😅😂)

Loved this video Lily! Definitely here for the big sister wisdom. I also struggle with change (big and small) and I've never found a way to deal with it other than trying to journal and go with the flow. I found your method really interesting so I'll definitely give it a go. I think it will help me stop being so in my head about the problem! Love the sezane suit on you but I would definitely size up on the trousers if it was me. I also struggle with trousers being too tight on the thighs and bum area and I'm definitely conscious of my mum tum - not that we should be!
Hi Lily, a pickles series for insta sounds fun! And I would recommend to try Turkish pickles as they are salty ans sour, not sweet. There are some good places around too. Best.

„She doesn’t like change“ is a sentence my family uses since I can remember 😅 I’m very thankful for their jokey way of accepting me. I try to push myself but get zero pressure from the outside - I get to celebrate some small and big wins. Its so nice to hear someone else talk about this ♥️ thank you for sharing. It can seem like no one has this „problem“. But I also see it as a superpower - I will remember the little things, look after stuff because I don’t want to replace it, restore and fix it attitude, keep and start traditions.. it has it’s perks 🌻
My mom always made bread and butter pickles when I was a kid. The slushie machine looks so fun for summer. I have the ninja air fryer and blender too. I love the green outfit. Just perfect for summer and spring.
