It makes sense. He was a video game tester before he was a voice actor.
His smile disappearing as soon as he said “arrow of..” 😂🤣
This is just Matt getting to do what his players have been doing to him for years.
Leave to a DM to break the rules of a game and get away with it.
This is what happens when you let the forever DM play a character for once 😂
This is what level 12 Barrelmancy looks like
Matt Mercer playing Baulder's Gate like an immersive sim is golden.
In a past life Matt was a siege engineer
Guard A: “what’s he stackin all them boxes for then?” Guard B: “No idea, he’s been at it all day” Guard A: “Should we….stop him?” Guard B: “Ain’t no crime to stack boxes, sides it will be funny when he falls won’t it?” Guard A: “Fair enough” Matt: *Teleports* Guards A and B: 😧😧
Any game that gives you an item you can accurately aim and then teleport to is a recipe for shenanigans.
They weren't joking about horse stacking in the elden ring one shot.
Matt having a DM’s mind and a background in video game testing makes this make a lot more sense. This is second nature to him figuring out how to break games lol.
And thus, Baldur's Gate 3 passes the test of being an immersive sim.
Matt Mercer takes a sledgehammer to the D&D again😂
Matt as DM: He’s the god of your world. Matt as a player: He makes god-like moves
This is just Matt's Tower of Horses.🤣
Ah yes he learned from his players after the Horse Stack Incident
Spiffing Brit is going to have a hell of a time with this game lmao
Not only is it great that Matt Mercer thought of a way to do this, it's a testament to Larian Studios that it actually worked instead of having an invisible wall or the like.
sven's face and mind just blew up when he poped out the arrow of transposition
