I canβt agree with you more about AG1! Tried it because of all of the hype but it made me so violently ill that I thought I needed to go to the hospital! Never ever again! I know I am commenting way late on this one, Iβve been very busy. Josie, could you explain the cultural significance of the Sunday Roast tradition? So I am Southern American (aka an American from βthe Southβ, specifically Tennessee) but I am ethnically English, my people came over in 1790 but apparently managed to marry only other people of British descent π€£. And then my grandparents, dad, and aunt lived in England (Birmingham) as a young family during the Vietnam war, as my Papa was an Air Force mechanic, so he was not in the fighting, but was overseas to be at the overseas bases for maintenance and repair. My granny brought over a lot of antiques and many English habits and customs when they returned home. Now in the South we have Sunday dinner, which in my family is a roast beef like 75% of the time, but fried chicken or turkey and dressing are also on the rotation. I wonder if some of our traditions are basically copy pasted from England, but then deep fried because we are still Tennesseans. πππ

Supermarket Basil β¦divide the Basil. and repot β¦ individually..keep pinching out the tops ..and they bush out and bush out ..

Hi Josie, the foliage you mentioned is called Ruscus. Florists often use soft ruscus ( the small leaved one in your vlog and Hard Ruscus - a larger leafed variety.

I kept 7 basil plants (purple, Thai and Genovese) alive all winter long inside my kitchen bay windows and now they are thriving outside!!
Ooo can I play along with the Basil challenge? A couple of weeks ago I rooted some cuttings from my supermarket basil and then potted them on, I now have 5 Basil plants so I'll see how many I can keep alive!
