Well! I think the nesting phase has begun. I’ve decided to pull the trigger on Alfie’s new bedroom and I’ve called in the big guns to help make the impossible possible because we’re going to try and turn this around before baby girl arrives!! Do you think we can do it??

Had an idea. I’ve seen some friends order a “hot wheels car/truck display” online and their kids loved it. Because ones that don’t get played with as much, or some of his favorites can always be out, and a design feature, without it feeling messy. And if he decides he’s into something else, it will still be a cool design feature. Just an idea! Stoked to see how his room turns out!
Random question: with your second child on its way is there a plan for sharing the attention/ helping Alfie process things because right now now all the attention is on Alfie and when the second child child comes that’s going to shift

Alfie is such a good little boy, he loves being on the 110, that cars jacket is so cute they should do adult sizes, that is the style of jacket Tom should be planning with the 110 IMPOSSIBLE logo on the back it would be awesome. can't wait to see Alfie's new bedroom he will be very very excited, you should definitely be taking it easy for the next three weeks. have a wonderful weekend

Everything is looking so good. I love the new view around the back of Lake Joemo and it gave me an idea. Maybe you can ask Clive to come create some paintings of the area especially while it’s still being developed. How nice would it be to memorialize the stages (and seasons) as the plants go in and grow over the summer. Perhaps you could find a caricature artist to work during the pumpkin patch as well. I bet loads of people would love that especially as so many people had proposals and baby announcements last year. Just a thought…

Lydia i use to work in daycare/nursery and trust me the amount of kids I have had come in screaming and crying, then the next minute are having the time of their lives! Also it is very common for kids to become more 'needy' or even 'difficult' when new sibling is on the way (we often predicting pregnancies before being told by parents haha). So just know it is completely normal for Alfie to be doing this and you are doing an amazing job!
I think a train track right under the ceiling around Alfies room would be so cool! Just an idea for Mr. Chris 😂

16:23 he also almost has a new sister, which these things can happen because of that too. And as someone who has worked in childcare for over 24 years, yes, almost as soon as you leave he will have stopped being sad and started playing with all of his friends ❤️
