Keep a few items you really love over the next year and have someone make you a memory quilt or a soft toy to always have. ❤ Your mum and dad are amazing, I'm sure you aren't looking forward to them returning to Australia. Your SOURDOUGH NEEDED a bit more water on the day of baking and then look up “stretch and fold “for sourdough . Do stretch and fold a couple times day of baking and it will have a fluffier rise Don’t throw it away the base can always be added to. (The flour you use can require more or less water. You CAN do this. I wanted to reach through my screen. Hugs🎉

❤ my mum is 84 and riddled in arthritis but she still loves doing her gardening. She has to be careful now that she doesn’t fall but this week she’s been potting her plants. 🌷🌻🌺
