I’m so glad u have been talking abt the dairy and coffee intolerances bc when I found out I couldn’t have either of those I was so upset too. That was June last year and I definitely can’t have coffee ever again but there are some tablets that neutralise the lactose in your stomach, so I have them sometimes (rarely as a treat) bc it lessens my symptoms SO MUCH they’re still there but like 5% instead of 95% for example I’m not sure if that would help u or anyone in the comments :)
