Hey Zoe, could you do a video on tips you’d give for someone doing their first Hyrox? Even a video with Danny? Training plan, which shoes to wear to gym vs running, which Hyrox shoes are best, what you would eat the day of Hyrox and at what times etc? Pretty much a video explaining every little things for someone who’s lived under a rock and wouldn’t know where to start ? Thank you.
