Chile you're supposed to sanitize the plunger with bleach and comet after you're done using it and wash it off I have a bucket 🪣 that I sanitize mines in I let it set for awhile in the bleach and comet and then pour that water down the toilet and put fresh clean water in the bucket to rinse it off afterwards

🎯 I was a person who got relief from PMDD with birth control. I can't tell anyone what to do, but I couldn't live like I was. I also needed Vitamin D3, K2, and B12. But, going through the pain, the food craving, and the mood swings were unbearable and I needed something to control them all because I couldn't. I pray you find something because I found that most people just acted like I was making it up. Now granted, I am older than you but thank God I got relief because I'm not sure how life would have been. I hated being on my cycle. Just felt like a straight-up punishment. And when you compared it to how the sky looked, I was thinking more like a hurricane 🌀 😐. Have fun with your friend this weekend.

Yay to the Black owned nail shop!!! I most agree it does take waaay longer than the other nail shops. My nail tech is so good bless her heart 🫶🏾 but man I be there too long sometimes.
