Can anyone shed some on Coding Dojo? Is it a good program if you're trying to get into tech? Do they help you with finding employment after graduation?

Just for clarification, this will not work at ITT tech. I was teaching myself what I could from programming by building starcraft mods. (Old starcraft 1, to date myself ). I gathered all the knowledge that I could before I went to school but it was all in the wrong order. During my two year associates I got to know all of the teachers, ended up being a paid lab aid, came early and stayed late every class that I could. By the time we got to the capstone projects, I was completely burnt out and even had trouble communicating just because I had read so much syntax and hadn't placed it properly in my brain. I ended up graduating with good grades and a lot of high fives from faculty and other students. But it did nothing to help me really get a job. But that's ITT tech.

This advice can probably be applied to so many other careers. He’s basically saying be engaged in the class and show your commitment to the craft by helping others. Obviously you will stick out amongst the crowd of people who are entirely green.

If only professors have good way to give advice like this. Instead they speak like skidibi toilet.
