interesting concept! i don't think it was a waste at all. you brought attention to ai usage, low-quality dupes, and labor exploitation. i've ordered stuff off of temu, when i needed to, but my own experience and your advice about the morality behind it has definitely made me try to find better, equally as affordable options. once again, great video, mia <3

I don't think this is a failed experiment! Disproving a hypothesis is still valuable science!! (And you didn't even disprove it 100%) I learned that sometimes those decorations ARE actually hand-painted :/

The purple dress was actually interesting because they gave you a different dress from the photo twice! The flower is in the middle on the model vs placed more on the side on the chest. I thought maybe they’d give you one where the flower was centered 😂

as someone who works in the print industry i can almost guarantee that they have most of these items pre-manufactured in bulk so they are the same, but the first shirt is most likely printed on demand, so they just take whatever basic white shirt they have and print the design on it

I can't believe no one is talking about how different the lettering is on 'Blueberries' from the first shirt to the others. Look at the uneven Es! Look at that first wonky B! It's totally different! I feel like I'm on crazy pills 😭

since the video concept didn't go as planned, I think it would be interesting to look into who is selling the original version because most of these designs are stolen

One: thank you for being honest and not faking your findings to make the video "interesting". I would much rather get the truth than entertainment. (It was still very entertaining). Two: ive found that amazon is having consistency problems. I bought crochet hooks that i absolutely loved from them, fast forward a year and i lost everything in a hurricane. So i repurchased them. The second set i bought are unusable. The Yarn catches on the metal hooks, the outer coating rubs off after use to a sticky underside, and the seams rub my fingers raw. I bought it from the exact same link. So all im saying is worries like this are actually valid. Ive witness it several times on amazon when repurchasing things (from the same listing). Especially since ive been trying to repurchase some of my favorite things after loosing them. It wasn't as short a time as 3-6 months. More like a year or more.
