Archival pieces usually can’t be altered, so the wearer has to match the original size. That really limits who can wear something like the Mugler look at the Met Gala. If it goes to a celebrity, Zendaya is the strongest choice, she’s the right fit and knows how to work a garment so it photographs well. Otherwise, it should go to a model, Anok Yai or Alex Consani would both be great options.
