I'm surprised to learn she's younger than my mom by only a couple of years yet her body looks so much older (no offense). My family isn't rich but I'm just thankful my parents still look relatively young despite working 6 days a week.

The bodice on the gown doesnt fit properly because shes so emaciated. It accommodates her augmented bust but her proportions are so distorted that it's too big everywhere else.
