Hi, plan-D, its been 3 years that i am watching your youtube and i really love your simplistic and independent lifestyle you lead. Im from India ,a very diverse country isn't .And i know that you play alot with flavours and varity of dishes, and our country is known for its foods mostly .so i really wish to reccomed some dishes from our country that is firstly [IDLI] 1. Soak rice and urad dal for 4–6 hours.Grind them into a smooth batter and add salt.Keep the batter overnight to ferment.Pour the batter into idli moulds.Steam for 10–12 minutes.Serve hot with chutney or sambar. 🍚(idk about the ratio so sry) second dish which is mostly like a dipping sause for idli which is tomato sause(not the regular this is mostly like tradititonal.)cut the tomatoes into fingersixed pieces and also cut the onions to and wash the coriander leaves and chop them and peel the garlic and also take some dried red chilli and wash and filter the Urad Dal.first saute the urad dal for 1 min in low flame then saute the onion until it becomes golden brown in medium flame then add tomatoes and garlic and red chilli to it .then saute themm for 5 mins untill a nice aroma emmerges from it .then cool down the mixture.after cooling it for 10 mins put them in the mixture and mix thewm until it becomes like a paste and some water according to it .then completed.plz dont mind if there is any spelling mistake cuz i am translating it into korean.plz consider my request and try it you will never forget this dish ill promise .and my name is sahana .i really hope you try this ☺
