You've reached the end
If I were to guess, the second body is still hazardous since they view their death as “unjust” and would take the nuclear option of “take as many with you as possible”. Although I know nothing on folklore.
Nah it’s like the “Give a Mouse a Cookie” stories. Now that the first body has a friend to go into the afterlife with, now they want some snacks for the road.
That's why us Finns don't have eye contact when we talk to each other. We're dead on the inside
Zombie Apocalypse except it's an improbable chain of people getting Shedinja'd by making eye contact with dead people
"Alright, everyone! make sure you hold hands with your assigned buddy as we cross over to the afterlife!" - The Boatman.
As a Finn, not familiar with this one, but as a general rule with Finnish folklore is to always assume the worst is at least an option. In Finnish folklore the same deity gives and takes illnesses too based on your actions. Or their whim. Even finnish language doesn't have future tense.
Dragging your homie to the afterlife with you like: "My Accountabili-buddy is back on the bus!"
Undead buddy system got me dying lol
As a dead Finn myself.. Look, I would go alone or with company to the afterlife, but our grim reaper had to make a detour for cigs and would come back for me (It's been like 14 years now...)
Alternate title: How Finns Make Friends
“You do not recognize the bodies in the water” has a whole new meaning
Wait, what if we make two corpses that still have their eyes open look at each other? Will they just hold hands and go to the afterlife together?
The necromancer learned a new hack.
"undead buddy system" is the last thing I expected to hear today
Still hazardous. They will just start chanting “More of us! More of us!”
and the reason why we put 2 euro coins on top of the eyes is for the deceiced to pay for the trip to Tuonela with 1st one and use the 2nd coin to buy Kahvi-munkki from the afterlife-cafeteria...
Damn it nurse Jake just died since he looked into Sharon's eyes we have the cloths for a reason guys
Finnish afterlife just has a referral program
I’m getting a Chain Reaction Undead Buddy System feel. Undead #2 didn’t know what they signed up for and looks at the next closest person, and so on.
No its like a plague, if you surround youself with wall of fresh corpses in every direction youre invincible
