Those carpets will dry much quicker if you hang them up like a hide. They're easier to pressure wash when they're hung up too. Love the Bee and ordered my shirt! I love B5 and you know that was a GORGEOUS car when it was new!

Hanging the carpet over a couple saw horses or something similar would help dry the carpet faster, more air flow

When drying pressure washed interior hang it over something like a fence or piece of lawn furniture, gravity helps a lot.

We use the wet vac to suck the water out of the carpet, also hanging it helps. Good video keep it up
B5 blue is possibly one of the greatest OEM blues.
I would rattle can that engine compartment with the same yellow. Either that or get Dulcich to drive on down to help out.
