What I hate is when you park all by yourself in a lot. Then you return to your car and somebody parks right next to you even though there are son many open spots!
I always park far as well to avoid door dings. My kids when they were younger complained when it was minus 20 outside.
You want to hear crazy…I check the direction of the wind on a windy day before choosing my parking location..so that the close doors of adjacent cars don’t catch the wind and crash into the side of my vehicle…
You know what's hilarious that i think of when you speak about parking is the people who go to the gym who will spend minutes looking for the closest spot at the front of the gym just to go onto the treadmill 😂 or the people who go into a mall that just end up walking around and around 😂 the logic and common sense is out of this world
I laughed at "dentless paint removal" @ 14:21 :)
14:27 dent less paint removal is the best i am sure... Lmao😂
Ya that last one is a head scratcher. Even buying out the lease would probably be cheaper than any of the ICE choices even before you add in the gas prices for the next 10 years.
I hate to correct the original question, but no manufacturer has ever been on “a 3-year cycle.” At their peak, Honda was on a 4-year cycle with a minor tweak every 2 years, but most automakers are now 6- to 8-year major redesigns with 3- or 4-year minor upgrades.
Honda gambled on transitiong to full ev rather than going hybrid first... now they had to take a huge loss and their current line up is suffering.
Gas price: it probably changed from cash price to credit price.
RE: Parking where you won't get a scratch or dent. I have a 2014 Toyota Corolla and I always park lonely. I have one door ding that still upsets me every time I see it. 🙄
You guys are hilarious about parking your car. I do the same. Especially in a home depot or a grocery parking lot that has a hill. I always find an island to park on the side to protect me from a run away flat bed cart or grocery cart.. or an end space or end cap.
I bought a new Lexus UX300 last week. Went grocery shopping the next morning. Parked as far as I could from the front doors to hopefully escape the idiots. Had 2 empty stalls on each side. I come out 20 minutes later, and there’s a beater van parked about a foot from my driver door with the driver still in it. Thankfully, no scratches or dents, but I had to ask him to back out and move so I could get in my car. When you buy a new vehicle, it seems like there’s a bullseye on it for idiots.
Your my guys - I use the same type of parking straggles - Never next to trucks, parking far away from others, find spots that are protected, side mirrors always put in, It just burns me when someone parks next to me when my car is parked away from everything - frustration!
The RAV4 Hybrid uses the 5th-gen hybrid system, while the PHEV version actually runs on the 6th-gen system
For parking, I look for nice brand new expensive cars like yours to park next to. 😀
Thank you for answering my question, appreciate your input.
I live in southern Ontario and the local Petro Canada stations change their prices 3 to 4 times a day. I’ve noted the highest prices are during the morning and afternoon rush hours.
Yayyyy, free summer subscriptions are back..! 👍💪👏
so to the person asking about advertised gas prices, a lot of gas stations put up a "lower price" but they base that on if you're using their brand's gas card or if you're a member. you'd be surprised how slimy most gas stations do a bait and switch on the price on the sign vs what you get at the pump.
