Carvana does negotiate. I bought my car with zero down offer. Their listing was for 17k at 20%. I offered 15k at 9.9%. They accepted with zero down and no delivery fee. Granted the option they give are likely there to give the feeling of a negotiations. But to say that some wiggle room isn't available. Isn't actually true. You just need decent credit. Mine was a hair under 800 at the time.
