IDK Why, but this brought back a memory from the Nineties. When Chip Makers used "Olestra" (a fat substitute that the body could not digest) and were forced by the FDA to put Warning Labels on the back of the Bag that said *May Cause Anal Leakage*

HEB for the win! This has become the HEB channel.
The green tint on these is from food coloring (yellow 5 and blue 1). I'm not weird about food coloring but it kind of threw me off since it's so distinct and you don't expect that in a potato chip. Have you tried Zapp's jalapeno? Those have a very nice jalapeno flavor, more robust than Lay's, but maybe not a punchy as the HEB brand.
No HEB here in Canada but they look so good! I love Jalapeño kettle cooked chips. My go to are Miss Vickies Jalapeño chips. If you haven't tried them , you gotta! So good! 👍🏻
