🥟 Crispy Rice Paper Dumplings Ingredients: Rice paper sheets 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup cooked noodles (optional) 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chili sauce 1 tsp garlic (minced) Salt & pepper to taste Oil for 🍳 Method: In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, salt & pepper. Dip rice paper in water for 5–7 seconds till soft. Place filling in the center and fold into dumpling shape. Heat oil in a pan and fry dumplings until golden and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dip 🌶️
