What kind of coconut milk was that? It was so thick! I love red lentil dal. I’m going to stick with meatloaf over a vegan loaf but maybe now I’ll add lentils to stretch the meat. Sounds tasty!

Freeze lemons overnight and you get twice the juice. Toss them in freezer whole

You say that the "lentil flatbread" is "just lentils", but .. then you add oil. Then it's not "just lentils", but it's lentils and oil. Oil is not a food, it is a lubricant.
