I don’t watch your videos very often as good as the recipes look because there is no written recipe w/ list of ingredients & amts & cooking directions. Possibly I have missed them. Rewatching the videos each time to get this info doesn’t work for me

1/2 tsp cayenne is a lot! I enjoyed it, but I like hot things. Had my mother been visiting, she would have found it inedible. If you’re less tolerant of heat, definitely reduce to 1/4, 1/8, or just a pinch.
