My take on Bubble is that they’re supposed to be a play on Caine’s “thought bubble”, basically they represent Caine’s internal thoughts externalized, whether he wants to hear those thoughts or not. If so, because Bubble spawned from or perhaps part of Caine it would make sense that they would be deleted along side him.
