Yeah, I would abandon my country and itβs culture too if my future mother-in-law was the queen of the MILFs
It was hilarious we got a deja vu with how Alyssa is acting after she realizes that she's been captured. What's even funnier is Sera getting embarrassed when she remembers she was acting the same way Alyssa is when she first got ther
Sorry I have been using screenshots with no editing for thumbnails lately, they just look so good as is, why touch gold...πΏ Remember to subscribe and full-length reactions to EVERYTHING I'm watching + other exclusives on Patreon! patreon.com/BrandonReviews
I think it is a really interesting world building, the barbarian seems to understand more about the world yet chooses simple lives and the easterners seems to have institutions like nobility and the church that makes them seem sophisticated but in reality they are not
Sera meeting her mother-in-law, Alyssa was amazing π The "How could you make your peoples happy if you're not happy yourself" line was so touching π₯Ή Love this show so much!
5:15 Yeah location plays a huge role. And to be honest i would like to love in a location like the Barbarians compared to the Knights aand not its not just because of the food access. But i genuinely think its a funplace compared to a cramped kingdom
Bro it toook her 1 month or less to be converted π π€£
I just love how this series has such nice worldbuilding to it. Also, as a manga reader, they did a very good job with bringing this show to life and I really hope we get an S2. I also liked seeing what was going in Malcius' mind as she was being attacked by that fiend. It really hints at a really tragic backstory though. Props to her voice actress for doing such an amazing job at showing her emotional state.
1:16 Mustβve been the wind
Yes, pretty Privilege is a Thing.
Great thumbnail lol. Best scene was the nun and the girl. The nun is still pretty annoying. We have a new contender for mommy of the year.
The one they look up to the most is his mother. π
This is Anime is like Zena, warrior princess meet He-Man
Remember, a barbarian is a label placed on another people by others from a different culture. I may be wrong, but I don't ever remember the "barbarians" in this show referring to themselves as barbarians. I'm also happy we finally got to see Lizard Guy's face...
The mother is so beautiful and cool to hangout with.π
The way she casually says that her religion is all lies and ain't all that
I love this episode so much as it looks like we have a new best girl on our handsπ My favorite scenes was when our girl did meet her former mother figure. Who turned out to be Veroβs mother, I had expected that ever since around episode 3 or so. When Vero talked about how his mother was a knight from her homeland 20 years ago. Like I really did enjoy how much our new mother in law did tease her. Then also tease her own son about how far gone he had gone with her. When he basically admitted that they are still are on first base basically. Enough to say I really love this new character and how much she could act like a mentor to our MC now again. I also really liked how they develop the culture for the barbarians as it feel so real
I was waiting for the lost saint to appear. There was no surprise she was Veor's mom, I was so sure of it. Also no surpise the pristess remained steadfeast to her delusional beliefs even after she has seen.
I know there was quite a bit this episode and normally I talk about a lot but this time... I have to say only this .. Wyvsteresia.. TEXAS, CALIFORNIA, CAROLINA, MISSOURI, DETROIT, PLUS ULTRA, UNITED STATES OF SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!!!! To translate, I'd go say hello to Truck-kun and get myself isekaid just so I can meet her and if she's a widow... I will become veor's step dad! π€
Also I donβt really understand how people cannot figure out why the barbarians live a better life than those back home. Because in last episode they already gave us enough clues for why that is. With how a mage could pull power from the ground. Which would deplete it and make it a wasteland. That is a big showcase for how the people in the west did use up all of the resources for short term gains. Rather than sustainable growth like the barbarians have. I mean we have seen that a lot in our world with climate change and such. How that could make a place worse to life in just because the people in power wanted short term gain and riches. Over sustainable growth, people really be a bit brainroot if they cannot even figure that out IMAO
