Fanzell and Fana are not related, it was Mars and Fana- and I don’t think they’re actually siblings, just 2 kids in that Diamond kingdom experiment that became good friends (Asta might have assumed they’re related because they both have the “merged” grimoires with flame and mineral magic)
I also think Ladros is Aoyama MHA reference. The writers of both series are pretty close friends and have drawn each other's characters before. Ladros has no attribute, which is like your inherent magic flavor. Yuno has wind, Yami has dark, etc... Ladros just has neutral, nothing-flavored magic. Which probably contributes to his magic stone-implanted ability to absorb, convert and return.
