Should i get 2 petabyte ssd or 2 terabyte ram?
Is anyone else still on ddr3
Any other PC building questions I can help with?
I'm kicking myself in the butt because I sold a 32 gig kit on eBay a year and a half ago for 98 bucks 😂
Well I got my 32gigs of DDR5 ram for 300
The other good option is Micro center. I saw a great deal of 32gb DDR5 6000, 9700x, and a gigabyte B650 white motherboard for $550
24gb ram
Me watching this with my 1000$+ laptop of asus tuf a15 with 3060 rtx and ryzen 9 5900hx which i got in 2022 😭🥀
Any gigabite is fine for me rn
I know the 24GB bois out there ready to jump in.
You always gotta consider how long you wanna keep your PC. Mine is for 10 years, for example: 5070 Ti, 32gb DDR5, Asus Prime X870-P, and the 9800X3D. That ran me 2.3k And 2.3k over 10 years isn't a lot
I almost bought 32gb when i built mine, but decided "screw it, 64gb because i can". Wanted to even wait 2-3 months to see if the gpu prices will go down, but I decided to build it anyway. Few months later, it went from 380$, to 1600$. Best decision of my life...
I think it was toasty bros, showed that with an X3D chip the performance loss on DDR5 was negligible in single channel. So my suggestion would be if money is tight go single channel 16, and grab another identical 16 once you have the money (I could be remembering this wrong so someone double check me)
Yo i am upgrading to 32gb of ddr5 6000 and rn i have 16gb of ddr5 6000
It will be insane if this video will be still actual after one year
32gb rx 9060xt-9070xt level ddr4 am4 build
no one talk about intel like it was never there
Glad I bought my DDR5 ram and SSD when I did. I purchased my Kingston Fury kit for $129 and the 4TB Predator SSD for $189 last Black Friday. Same ram kit is like 4x more expensive right now, and the SSD like 8x respectively.
Am5 builds with 16gb is like a oxymoron.
