Yeap that's how my Dad met his ancestors. Procrastinating over checkups and end up too late to save. Edit, didn't expect this to be big but my dad chose to live the life he wanted even though he has a lot of grandchildren around him to give him the best ending. At least, his funeral expenses was covered by the condolence money and somehow made a profit. Thanks dad.

But be careful, my friends! As a fellow Asian daughter, I advise you not to overdo it all at once. A maximum of two strikes, then leave it for a few days before trying again. Because if you overdo it, the slipper will come flying at you faster than a rocket, along with the yell, "You talk too much!"

I really wish I could do this but my mom is healthier than me *AND* a vegetarian most of the time *AND* do those group taichi and still walk everywhere. Glad she's absolutely healthy though ❤
