Cant even afford the damn memory cards
Sony: look at how FAST this camera is! Chris: lol imma shoot brick walls and landscapes like usual
When I was young I saw a ~68MP panoramic picture and thought that is crazy. I can zoom in so much on my 1024p screen. Now we make 68MP images @ 30fps of our cats and post them to social media for everyone to see at glorious 1~2MP size.
Jordan’s shirt is KILLING me
Just like how I can finally afford the A7RII recently, I think I'll be able to get this baby in 10 more years. Can't wait!
"Last camera you ever need to buy" - Chris Nichols "640K is more memory than anyone will ever need" - Bill Gates
I look forward to buying this in 10 years. Thanks for the review❤
It finally stopped snowing in Calgary in 2026.
I know a bunch are already typing "who needs that many megapixels"? I think the most overlooked thing about high MP cameras is studio work. It is so much easier to retouch product shots & portraits with more MPs. It doesn't matter to me that I rarely deliver images at that scale - its such a benefit when you are trying to remove small scratches and blemishes. I'm a Canon shooter but would welcome a 60 MP camera.
A hdr viewfinder with more magnification that can go brighter so you can see more highlight and shadow detail . Amazing.
I love where Sony went with the a7R VI, but I have to say that I have exactly ZERO thought about replacing my a7R V. Just like Chris said, for my type of shooting the a7R V isn't lacking at all, and I'm extremely happy with it.
I need Jordan's t-shirt like yesterday
Suuuuper Soft 4K Video is staggering....what a buzzkill
As much as a new battery is annoying, it was high time.
The Nikon Z8 (and Z9) have 3.7ms readout speeds. *Much* faster, and still with a respectable 46MP sensor.
The a7r3 was supposed to be last camera I'll ever need, and it's still is, no need yet to upgrade 400k shoots and still good as day one, I can agree R line are beast of cameras
Amazing wipe transition at 2:42
Well that was a bigger impovement than I've been used to lately...
A very tempting camera. But that soft 4K :(
"the last camera you'll ever need to buy " - wow, we've never heard that one before :-))
