Nearly 6 years after it's release we've barely gotten any good exclusives let alone "next-gen" games for the PS5 and Series X. Turns out 4k and a bizzillion fps doesn't automatically make a game "good". I miss when the industry wasn't so greedy and we got actually great games consistently. The last "next-gen" feeling game for me was The Witcher 3. That was over 10 years ago.....

I don't even understand why they're moving on from the PS5 so fast. We don't need a "next gen" consult until 2030
Fair or not, anything over $500 just feels like too much for a console. Especially when Sony is asking $80/year to play online. It all adds up!
if they barely moved PS5's and are struggling with exclusives, i see absolutely no reason to even consider a PS6
The PS5 generation has been through a lot. Launched in a pandemic, causing scarcity. Game devs barely embraced it 5 years later, and just when things seemed to be looking up with more games starting to take advantage of the hardware, RAM crisis hits.
With the way things are going price wise, guess I'll just start playing board games lol

When has a price for anything that has gone up, came back down, whether it’s due to business price strategy or unforeseen circumstances. It will get worse and it will stay worse.

I’m done buying consoles, done buying FPS games, done buying subscription services. Something has to change.
At this point, “next gen” is just gonna be a new number at the end. It’s very hard now to have those graphic leaps like we saw from ps1 to ps2, n64 to GameCube, even ps2 to ps3/xbox to Xbox 360.
