Ang nangyre naman sa aming bahay,2 months plng ang house namin may crack na ang mga window screen malalaki ang gap sa hinges kaya ang mga insects nakakapasok at pumapasok ang tubig pag malakas ang ulan at hangin,ang pinto namin sa likod ay bent hindi lumalapat sa itaas ,nakita na ng contractor pero hanggang ngayun dp binabalikan 1 year warranty kc ito

I have a funny story about Arlene. In the late 90's. Going to work, magkasama kami once sa isang company shuttle ng Duty Free from SM Cubao to Sucat, Parañaque. She occupied the whole seat good for 3 passengers, She partly laid down and slept, maybe she was dead tired that time and quite snored. Wala siyang ka-ere ere. Lahat naman kami catching up a sleep sa byahe going to work especially it was 7am in the morning, the pick up time in SM Cubao. But it was good. Just to make it clear though, She occupied the whole seat, it's not about her being heavy but because she partly laid down. She's kind and always smiling, around the workplace. She's down to earth. She's office-based and I'm in Sales department. Nakasama ko rin husband nya sa basketball once sa Sports Fest ng company si Warren, at sobrang mabait din at supportive sa aming mga co-players niya. Thanks for this episode, sir Julius!

ganito dapat ang binibigyan ng pansin ng Congress & Senate na higpitan ang regulation sa mga contractors, mag set sana ng retention fee sa mga contractors na hindi nila makukuha na fully-paid hanggat hindi satisfied si client. I'm worried sa rainy season expect for the worst po.
