It’s a soft penalty but to call it scandalous and the sorts is ridiculous. It 100% no doubt about it hit his hand, doesn’t matter if he headed his hand and the ball together it hit his hand that was in front of his head. I could see it go either way and think it was soft but it’s not like it’s a blatant mistake where there was no reason for it to be given.
