As long as you don’t prevent the runner from going to a base or in this case going back to 1st it’s not obstruction

My second base men did that this season and blue said it was obstruction and gave the runner another bag and told him that if he does that again he’ll be on the bench

Dumb ass rule. Runner also should know or listen to the voices he knows. Used to not be able to fake tag but hey.. if you can now then just keep doing it. Who cares if a guy slides because he was tricked and goes directly into your and tears your Achilles… it’s part of the game
