As a doctor with science knowledge, Would you also mind sharing what's the best way to heal your body or how you would take care of urself so your body could properly heal from such "long term damages" and not always be on "inflammatory state"? sry idk the right term.

I was rushing my final project for 20hrs straight for school due to some hiccups, intense focus, work and stress, then I crossed the red traffic light at the cross junction as if it was green! My peers opposite the road were in shocked, thank God all the drivers were alert. Everyone was just stunned that I crossed the road like zombie. It's crazy to have the docs work OT with high pressure.

i used to work overnight as a volunteer EMT and i was never upset about being woken up to help a sick person! some of the calls were BS and thatβs a bummer to lose sleep over, iβd guess that doesnβt happen to surgeons π
