Elaine Thompson-Herah is a #100meter #sprinting champion who is BACK, and Jamaica made that clear at the World Relays with a statement performance across multiple events—anchoring the women’s #4x100m to gold while also dominating the mixed 4x100M with Tia and Tina Clayton alongside Ackeem Blake, setting a world record and then breaking it again. This wasn’t just about winning races—it was about how Jamaica approached the meet, putting real firepower on the track and showing exactly what happens when a nation takes these relays seriously. With Shericka Jackson leading off the first round strongly and Elaine closing the final round like she never left, Jamaica reminded everyone what they’re capable of when their top talent shows up. Meanwhile, other nations—including Team USA—took a different approach, which makes this result even more interesting heading toward future championships. What did Jamaica actually do, why did it work, and what could it mean for the rest of the world going forward? Bro if all Jamaican athlete is healthy USA have to come really good trust me
Coach the men's did qualify for the world's on day 2, won thier Heats.
The return of the Jamaican big guns is being celebrated but what we are looking at even more keenly is the emergence of the young guns and the even younger guns especially on the women's side. If these young ladies realize their potential and develop over the next two years then people might not be able to take it for granted that they will make the Jamaican team and the US A team might find themself contending not only with the veterans but a group of youngsters snapping at their heels. I dont think that anyone can be complacent.
Coach Robb, the Jamaican men 4X1 qualify for the world championships when they won the B finals. Its only the 2 4X400 that didnt qualify for Jamaica.
Beautiful Elaine saved the day !🤣🤣🤣🤣🇯🇲🇯🇲 I never seen an athlete pass another athlete like that ! There were no big guns on the men side ! Our #4 and # 8 men were on the mix relays with 2 world records in 24 hours 😂😂
world record bonus is big money
Jam has Shanese Walker and Briana Lyston to bring in as well as Alana Reid and Shanoya Douglas. Dejanay Oakley too.
If championship line up should be Shericka - Tia - Tina - Elaine 🔥❤️ there will be huge probabilty for WR 🥰
Kishane pulled out due to a minor injury. Oblique pulled out due to contractual obligations with Addias early this week. Bryan was not interested in going and his name was never mentioned. Hopefully, this team will come together for the Commonwealth Games to get some practice in to create some chemistry and synergy.
You have to remember Track & Field is 🇯🇲 No.1 Sport
