Diagnosing rabies by sight at a distance, that would be impressive if, you know, it wasn't total bullshit! You have absolutely no clue on that dogs current state of health, do you!? Jumping straight to "a dog with rabies chased me" is crazy bro, just cos it's in the woods and chased you a bit does not mean it has anything wrong with it.
