How is Predergast allowed to play at this level when he tackles like my grandmother😂😂😂
Dorris is a phenomenal player.
If you read irish comments it seems the ref was french, if you read the french comments the ref was a leinster player. As a neutral fan the referee was good. There were instances were it let the game flow, you can’t give a penalty at every breakdown. Personally i think they are penalizing a little bit more Leinster compared to a couple seasons ago as they are always on the edge of a penalty.
Note as neutral but this ref is out of position to make crucial decisions very often
Luke Pearce Toulon's best player as usual. Spends 15 minutes looking for an excuse to deny a try. Completely ignored the blatant shoulder charge on JGP to invent a knock on instead Went to the TMO for every Leinster try. Didn't once go to the TMO for Toulon scores even though there were blatant knock-ons for two of them Binned Byrne for an offside when Toulon scored. Didn't even look at the head shot and deliberate knock on in the same phase when Leinster did
Every game I’ve watched this season involving an Irish side has had an English referee bar the 6 nations games between the sides.
Sam prendergast was playing tag rugby
Honestly. Do the people putting these highlights together watch rugby? Where’s the build up? Where’s the tension? Where’s the story.
Leinster favourites? I was at the match, they looked at every Leinster try threw out 2 yellows and when rieko ione got shouldered in the head he didn’t even have a look because he’s English. If another person says Leinster were favourites they never watch a game of rugby
Telling decision not to show the reasoning for the disallowed JGP try. It was an horrendous call and Sinkler was very very lucky not to see a yellow for a no arms tackle. I was at the game yesterday and thought Pearce was awful, missed so much on the pitch. Looking forward to losing in the final now haha
I just can’t imagine what it’s like to follow Leinster when Prendergast hits the team…. Senior cup lads would put more heart into tackles
As soon as baptiste serin enters toulon scores 2x... just saying.
English bias towards French teams is still strong.
Dorris and Leinster deserve better than some of Cullen's selections !
5:50 toulon number 7(?) deliberately knocks the ball to ground. Leinster player picked it off the ground and scored but Toulon should have lost that player to the bin
Christ, when is someone going to tell SP he's not at this level and needs to find some other sport to concentrate on? He's one cowardly player, and that can't be coached out of someone, no matter how hard they try to.
Is there any good flyhalves coming through in Leinster because one can t kick and the other can't tackle
Harry Byrne absolutely no excuses for them terrible kicks.. awful kicking at that level
Serin is such a good impact player I think he should come one at 55-60minutes so he can impose himself on the game with more time on the clock he cause 2 tries in 5 minutes brought Toulon back into it same goes for France he should be given more game time thé World Cup is going to be long DuPont looks like a shadow of himself I think he could benefit from time away from international rugby sit out thé autumn nationals
Prendergast was responsible for both of the Toulon tries. No fifth star if he's in the squad.
