it will be this guy's fault, legally in germany if you are going above 130Kph, you are always liable in case of an accident, it is allowed to go no limit, but no limit also means all the responsability if you decide to do things like this

And thats why the german law states you must be able to stop in the distance you can see. Its hilarious that so many people here should not be allowed to drive. Yes the car changing lanes holds some liability but if you are doing twice the speed of that car, even if you are doing less than the speed limit you can still be at fault. Some of you need to go a resit your driving tests.

If youre driving at those speeds make sure youre driver enough to know how to react. Even though it was the other drivers fault, you couldve avoided the hit easily

At 11 seconds you already knew what will happen, as someone driving a lot on the autobahn you get a feeling for what others will do, and that was clearly going to happen, so just going off the pedal would have been enough to prevent anything more happening. Just to get this through: at 11 seconds the BMW driver was thinking about to overtake, at second 12 he looked into his rear mirror and saw that everyone is "far away" ... at second 13 he decided to overtak and the rest is history. :þ

the real flex is not going from 0 to 200 in 10s, it's to have a side collision at 220 and stop to 0 in 10 seconds as cool as a cucumber

I also drive fast on the Autobahn but especially when a line up like the one in the video can be seen I automatically get off the gas and slow down a bit + prepare to break. People often misjudge distance in their mirror if they are going fast but you are going much faster

Changing lanes like that on any highway is a recipe for disaster... it should be a habit to just glance at mirror before steering..

If the driver noticed something in time, he would have braked in time. He just noticed it too late. Clear road ahead= it was busy on the other lanes, so not wise to go 220 kph when the other 2 lanes are filled with vehicles
