The first one wouldn't be a goal even without the defender, because the goalie is untouchable when he has the ball. And you can't fight against him for the ball when in the small area

He doesn't touch it not because so it wont counts as goal, but because if an indirect free kick goes into the goal, the result is a goal kick (it counts as out of the pitch)
