Extremely interesting moves. But what kind of sport is this? Because in BOXING, you can punch with the front of your fist. Were you hoping for a list? But that's all you can do in boxing with an OPPONENT. Pushing, grabbing, and pulling movements are prohibited. Or... oh, excuse me, maybe this is "American boxing"? Well, just like "American football," where the feet have nothing to do with the ball: just like what's shown in the video—it has nothing to do with boxing.

Go read the boxing rulebook it's illegal to obstruct your opponents defense you cannot pull the man's arm down and hit him it is illegal PERIOD
