Whenever you are trying something and if you think something should change for example you tried vadapav so bun ( paav) is not suitable for vadapaav so you should suggest shopkeepers. Like momos it wasn’t perfectly cooked so you should tell to the person so he can improve

One important thing you should consider- Paneer jo cheap dishes mei milta hai woh almost 100% of the times analogue( non-dairy, synthetic, fake and made using bad vegetable oil) hota hai. Jo paneer momos apne khaye hai usme paneer hai hi nahi. Paneer ke naam pr ap kuch aur hi kha rahe ho jo bilkul bhi paneer nahi hai. 90% places pr fake panner use krte hai log. before eating panner dish, hamesa try karo ki ap pehle khaali paneer ko taste kro ka aur dekho ki thoda milky taste hai ya nahi aur soft hai ya nahi... it is better than nothing. Please research more on this for your and yor family's good health.
