Faith Afahaene, your "Blood" is TOO Sweet, Drink "Bitter Tea" STOP use any sweet stuff like sugar contain.
Tooo much sugar = diabรจte !!! They have to know that !
Hello sista Nice vlog But you eat tooo much ๐ You soon get fat if you not be careful ๐ Salute from FRANCE
Ataya is bitter because itโs a shot. Itโs concentrated black tea boiled and flavored with mint. Just like expresso coffee shot. Usually the second round is less concentrated same as third round
I feel like you need a guide that speaks english. That onions sauce isnโt called yassa but ยซ sauce soble ยป.Translation (onion sauce) we have 2 kinds the tomato (red) version and white version with mustard. Yassa is a meal on itโs own eaten with a protein and rice and itโs very lemony. And on the ngakakh you just tried the millet couscous properly. ๐
Itโs not called ยซ Senegalese patรฉ ยป but ยซ pastels ยป
Thatโs not a mixture of couscous and millet. Instead itโs couscous made out of millet flour. Itโs not eaten like this. Once you buy it you have to go to another place to buy yogurt and mix it with sugar. Thatโs called tiacri. Ask for the ready made one and try it. No one in Senegal eats the millet like this alone by itself.
Beignet dougoub is buns made out of millet flour. We make beignets out of regular wheat flour or out of millet flour which is more nutritious and a good option for people who are allergic to gluten. But attieke is not Senegalese itโs Ivorian.
It is foureul
I love watching your channel, but I also noticed that you didnโt show the the nicest place of Dakar Senegal
I want to see you in Gambia soon
Hello Ai
#tesseAfrica Senegal !!! wow HALLELUYAH praise THE LORD
Actually, itโs called thiakry (chakri) in Senegal. Itโs a traditional dessert made from millet couscous with sweetened milk or yogurt, and many people really enjoy it. Honestly, it was a bit funny to see it being judged after just one try, without knowing how itโs normally made or eaten. Itโs something very well-loved in our culture.
Beignets Dougoub is the Fried pancakes of millet. The millet couscous is served with local fermented milk similar to yoghourt, you can add to it dattes, almonds, dried raisins. The boiled mangoes are the green unripe mangoes that are boiled in water, they come very sweet when boiled.
Nice ๐
One of your best videos
